Digital Downloads
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered (download link sent). If you have technical issues accessing your files, email us and we will help resolve it.

Physical Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving it
• Include your order number and photos if possible
• Email: hello.oolooolio@gmail.com

We will replace or refund the item when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:
• The wrong address was entered at checkout
• You changed your mind after shipping
